Imagine a weekend to recharge your soul. Yoga classes, guided meditations, and hikes are offered within 3 days, nourishing meals by a private chef, with options to go to the lake or time to just relax.
A wellness and movement retreat designed for women ready to recharge their mind + bodies to return back to everyday life a more relaxed and fulfilled version of themselves.
Our chalet is located in the picturesque village of Amden, less than an hour from Zurich, on Walensee overlooking the Glarus Alps.

The Weekend Recharge was exactly what my mind, body and soul needed. The yoga helped my body relax and feeling calm and centered. The workshops allowed me to gain clarity on how simple shifts in what we tell ourselves and how we view our experiences can really shift our days for better or worse. The weather forecast! Unfortunately we have no control over the weather. While there is a covered location for yoga, the hike may not take place under bad weather conditions.

FAQs
How do I get to the retreat location?
Amden is an hour from HB with a train to Ziegelbrucke then a bus that drops off directly across the street from the Chalet.
Driving is an option, but parking is limited. Please let us know if you wish to drive. Carpooling is encouraged.
Are the yoga, breath work, and meditation sessions accessible to everyone?
Absolutely! All sessions are accessible to varying levels of yoga practitioners.
Yoga Sculpt involves strength training and is considered a more "intense" workout.
Modifications and variations are offered in every class.
What if I have food allergies?
Upon registration, let us know of any allergies and we will do our best to accommodate. Please know there is only one kitchen so all food will be prepared in the same kitchen.
Do I have to participate in all of the yoga sessions?
This retreat is a gift to yourself. Nothing is obligatory. You may attend as many or as little activities as you would like.
What do I do if I do not want to hike?
This is YOUR free time. If you would rather not hike, you can relax on a lounge chair overlooking the lake, go down to the lake, or simply just be.
What are the alternate activities if the weather does not allow hiking?
While we hope the weather passes, we will host an alternative workshop if we are limited to indoors.
